Legal Requirements
The resort can also assist with the necessary requirements to ensure the marriage is legally recognized outside Thailand, dealing with local authorities and thereby overcoming any language barriers or difficulties the couple may face trying to handle this themselves from a remote location. Arrangements should be made at least two months in advance to ensure we have time to process the paperwork.
